Refunds

- To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your transaction details and the reason for your refund request within 24 hours of the transaction.
- We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, we will process it to your original method of payment. The credit will appear within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
